A. AGENT POSITION:

1. Technical Support Agent – GET HIRED IMMEDIATELY
• At least 2 years of a bachelor's/associate degree in any technical-related course such as Computer Science/Computer Engineering, any engineering course
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a TSR in a call center PREFERRED
• Must have in depth knowledge on computer software and hardware
• Must have above average English communication and comprehension skills
• Must be willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule

2. Inbound and Outbound Sales Agent - GET HIRED IMMEDIATELY
• At least 2 years of a bachelor's degree in any course
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a IB/OB Sales in a call center PREFERRED

1.    SEO Specialist
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Computer Engineering
• At least 1 year of working experience with computer science, programming or link building/ search engine optimization projects
• Good understanding of search optimization in Google and other search engines
• Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, lateral thinking and be a fast learner
• Good communication skills and proficient in multi-tasking multiple projects
• Works well under pressure and within strict deadlines

2.    QA Specialist
QA Specialist Qualifications:
• Excellent attendance and QA track record.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Should have an in-depth knowledge in MS Office applications mainly MS Word and Excel.
• Should be flexible in terms of working in different shifts.
• Eager to learn.

QA Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for call quality monitoring and quality assurance
• Uploads and manages voice call recordings
• Ensures quality compliance by means of sales verification depending on the type of campaign.
• Provides complete and accurate quality and productivity reports
• Provides monitoring evaluation/s to agents thru team leads with recommendations, changes and /or enhancements to improve skills
• Coordinates with TLs, Managers and Trainers –
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions
• Provides feedback and action plans to improve processes
• Announcement of quality guidelines and updates/revisions (if any)
• Helps in providing training, coaching, feedback and assistance to agents in making sure they understand new policies and procedures for quality

3.   Marketing Staff
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• To support all the Marketing Campaigns and help facilitate in the production of Marketing and Advertising materials.
• To do research on necessary and effective Marketing strategies that the company might consider, making sure that the Marketing Team is up-to-date with the latest trend in both Advertising and Marketing.
• To participate and give opinions on matters regarding the business strategy of the company.
• To write content articles that will be used both online and hard copies that will be published in Brochures, Profiles, Streamers, Banners, etc. These contents are not limited to a single topic or industry but will depend on the Marketing Department’s need. This involves on-site production interviews and researches.
• To supervise the flow of work passed on by the Marketing Officer and/or by the Managers, and she/he shall delegate the responsibility to the right people.
• To learn all types of outsourcing services that the company is trying to target and promote both internationally and locally.
• The Marketing Staff is expected to be present and active in brainstorming activities and should be able to provide fresh ideas to the team.
• The Marketing Staff shall report to the Marketing Officer (M.O.) – the status of all marketing related activities and shall keep the M.O. up-to-date.
• The Marketing Staff is expected to take note on issues concerning public perception of the company and handle it accordingly. He/She shall create a report and take necessary actions to ensure the company maintains a good public image.

4. Content Writer
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or relevant field.
• Experience as a business and/or creative copywriter for 1 year.
• Ability to write persuasive headlines, captions, page descriptions, and marketing text.
• Experience writing keyword rich content for websites.
• General solid research skills, ability to research technical material and strong written communications skills.
• Excellent editorial skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail in prior written works.
• Ability to work under deadline
• Proficiency in all MS Office PC programs
• Familiarity with blogging, social networking online and general internet research and browsing is a must
• Familiar with Blogspot or Wordpress.
• Knowledge in SEO is a plus.

5. Junior PHP Developer
• A PHP developer is responsible for the layout, design and coding of a website specifically in PHP format.
• They figure out the technical and graphical aspects of a website.
• A PHP developer also maintains and updates an existing website.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Develop the programming code from scratch or by adapting existing website graphics packages and software to meet business requirements
• Upload the web site onto a server and registering it with different search engines.
• Test the website and identify any technical problems and hitches
• Establish the purpose of the website based on its target audience
• Determine any functionality that the site must support and develop PHP content based on practical approved layout
• Identify the content type the site will host and ensure compatibility with the PHP programming requirements
• Have skills in software graphics manipulation and web programming
• Creative and imaginative

• Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology

Education and Qualifications:

6. Recruitment Sourcing Specialist - Urgent!

Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will handle the following:
• Source for Agent and Team Leader positions, and other positions if needed.
• Manage Sourcing Database, come up with sourcing reports justifying job posting sources and recruitment initiatives for sourcing.
• Able to organize recruitment events geared towards branding and sourcing.
• Able to establish relationship with schools/universities to conduct job fairs/ provide job opportunities to the graduates.
• Coordinate with job posting agencies, government agencies to join latest job searching activities.
• Come up with Sourcing Activities/Strategies to meet targeted manpower requests.
• Represent the company in job fairs and other sourcing activities
• Performs other tasks assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in BS/AB Psychology, required
• 1-2 years experience in HR/Recruitment in the BPO industry, required
• Must be reliable, detail oriented and confident in dealing with different people
• Must have a strong personality

Summary of Job Description:
The Help Desk Support Staff's main role connects the end users and IT department. They are the first point of access for IT queries by end users, providing answers and simple solutions to enable continued use of their IT systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problems
• Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a help desk management system.
• Escalate more involved problems to the appropriate IT/IS support teams.
• Update daily status reports and shift handover reports.

Qualifications:
