The two new contact centers will generate more than 2,500 jobs and expand iQor’s service capacity for leading technology, telecommunications, retail, and financial services brands. Hartmut Liebel, iQor CEO, said that the Philippines is still an excellent place to conduct business, with business-friendly regulations and other government support. He said iQor continues to find tech-savvy talent in the labor markets across the Philippines. The company is actively seeking to hire more than 2,000 qualified individuals to help support client growth in customer care, technical support, sales and collections.
