Taking You Forward’s beginnings can be traced back to an innovative Australian, Brad Norman. After graduating as an Electrical and Aircraft Engineer, Brad pursued different careers, including serving with the Australian Royal Air Force and working as a Systems Specialist in a correctional management facility. Brad gradually expanded his skills with different information system technologies as he progressed in his career.

Throughout Brad’s vast experience in working in different industries, he has recognized a major shortcoming – that most of management’s business time is spent working “in” the business and not working “on” the business. As a consequence, companies limit their growth expansion.

Using his proficiency in managing thousands of personnel and implementing modern information system technologies, Brad founded his own call center and outsourcing firm called Taking You Forward, Inc. in December 2008 in the Philippines.

Taking You Forward, Inc. is a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that offers expertise in providing outsourcing services to business operations. Our operation’s base is located in Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines. A total area of 3,620 square meters house the operations and administration offices, plus a 200-meter shared car park. We have four (4) production floors measuring approximately 2,500 square meters. We have state-of-the-art facilities and a seating capacity for 600 personnel.

With Brad as our forward-thinking and methodical leader, Taking You Forward is backed up by more than 500 top-notch employees. We are a collection of professionals with varied skills sets – Sales Agents, Technical Support Representatives, Customer Service Agents, Web Developers, Graphic Artists, and Content Writers – just to name a few.
